    How to approve a submitted expense

    Admins with the Approve expenses permission can approve expense requests submitted by Group Leads. When a Lead submits an expense for approval, Admins with the Approve expenses permission will receive a notification.
    
    1. Click on Budget from the admin view.

    2. Find the expense with Pending approval status.

    3. Click on the expense to open it.

    4. Review the expense details (amount, category, description, attachments).

    5. Click Approve to approve the expense.

    The expense status will update and the Lead who submitted it will be notified.

    Who can approve expenses

    Only Admins with the Approve expenses permission enabled can approve submitted expenses. This is configured under Admin permissions in your organization's settings.
