🎟️ New: Event Waitlists

You can now cap RSVPs on any event and let Chezie manage the overflow automatically.

Set the number of available spots when you create an event, and once it's full, new sign-ups are placed on a waitlist. If a confirmed attendee drops out, everyone on the waitlist is notified at once — first to return and claim it gets the spot.

A few things worth knowing:

• Enabling a waitlist turns off automatic invites — after your event is approved, send yours from the Communications tab.
• To cancel, use Drop from Event in Chezie. Deleting the event from your personal calendar doesn't release your spot.
• Waitlisted members aren't notified if an event is canceled — organizers will need to email them directly.
