Creating & Scheduling an Event

1. From Events, click on New Event.
2. Type Event title
3. Choose Event date and time
4. Select Cycle
5. Select Attached Goal
6. Select which Admin(s) are planning this Event.
7. Select Location (Virtual or In-Person)
ℹ️ For Virtual Events, ensure that the video system has been integrated. If so, select from the dropdown which system you will use, and Chezie will generate a meeting link.
8. Type Event Description
9. Click on Organizer
10. Click on Calendar
11. Click on Add Invitees
12. Select Invitees (Select All for complete member list)
13. Click on Add Invitees
14. Click on Save as Draft.
15. Click on Submit for Approval.
16. Click on Approvers and type in text field.
17. Click on Send.
