    Learn how NPS works and what each score means.

    Net Promoter Score, or NPS, measures your member's experiences with your Group events. This metric gives you a way to track the success of your events and get a better idea of what type of content your members want.

    The NPS Calculation

    Calculate your NPS using the answer to a key question, using a 0-10 scale:

    How likely are you to recommend this event to a friend or colleague?

    Respondents are grouped as follows:

    • Promoters (score 9-10) are loyal enthusiasts who will keep joining your events and referring your Group's events to others, which powers growth.

    • Passives (score 7-8) are satisfied but unenthusiastic members who will neither promote nor talk badly about your events.

    • Detractors (score 0-6) are unhappy members who can damage your Group's reputation and impede growth through negative word-of-mouth.

    Formula

    NPS = (% Promoters) - (% Detractors)
