    How to upload attendance for a past event

    Chezie (2026 Upgrade)

    1. Gather your attendance reports (from Zoom, Google Meet, MS Teams, or in-person tracking). Click here for instructions on how to gather your report from Zoom.
    2. Make sure the list has at least each attendee's email address.
    3. Email us at support@chezie.co with:
      1. Event name
      2. Attendance list csv
    4. Look out for an email notification to let you know that the upload has been finished.

    Effortlessly upload and manage attendance records for your past events.

    1. Gather your attendance reports (from Zoom, Google Meet, MS Teams, or in-person tracking). Click here for instructions on how to gather your report from Zoom.

    2. Go to the Events tab in Admin view.

    1. Click the three dots next to the event you want to upload attendance for.
    1. Click on Upload attendance.
    1. Drop the files that you wish to upload into the popup.
    1. Click on Upload attendance.
    1. Once your attendance is uploaded, you'll get a notification that the report is ready.
