How to get your meeting room links when scheduling new events
These are simple instructions for copying your meeting links for Zoom and Google Meet.
1. Sign in to the Zoom web portal.
2. Next to Personal Meeting ID, click the eye icon to view your full link.
3. Click the eye icon to reveal your full link


4. Copy the link
5. Paste your link into the event form
1. Sign in to your Google account.
3.Click New Meeting

4. Click Create a meeting for later

5. Copy your meeting link and paste it into the event form. We suggest pasting the dial in instructions into the meeting description so people can access it!
