Recording your company’s onboarding video

While we do have a default video uploaded as a placeholder that shows people how to join an ERG and browse events, we want to give you the opportunity to customize the video and welcome every employee personally!

Here are some things to consider including in your video:

  1. Why ERGs exist at your company: Give a shoutout to your ERGs and let new employees know what makes them special. Share your own experiences and how ERGs have played a role in fostering a diverse and inclusive environment here at Chezie.

  2. Why they should participate and join an ERG: Let our new employees in on the core reasons why they should join (finding community, networking, contributing to company DEI goals, etc.).

  3. How to join their first ERG in Chezie: Walk them through how to join their first Group in Chezie.

We recommend recording the video via a free tool like Loom or recording a Zoom meeting and downloading the file. Once you have your recording, please email your file to toby@chezie.co so we can upload it.
