You don’t need to reinvent the wheel. We’ve created easy-to-use templates to announce Chezie to your employees. For an initial launch or for a re-launch, we suggest touching people in multiple channels - primarily email and Slack/Teams.

The Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion team is partnering with Chezie to launch our new ERG Portal. Our ERGs exist to provide community for our employees and build a sense of belonging.

Our new ERG platform will allow you to self-subscribe to your ERG (or ERGs 😉) of choice and sign up for upcoming events.

To ERG leaders

Hi ERG Leaders!

As some of you know, we are soon launching our ERG portal in partnership with Chezie.

With Chezie, everyone at <insert company name> will have easy access to any and all things ERGs. Here’s an overview of what Chezie means for you as an ERG lead:

  1. Membership - No more manual work updating distro lists or adding people to Slack/Teams.

    Your members have an easy-to-use portal for learning more about and joining your ERG. Upon joining, they are automatically added to your Slack/Teams channel and sent a welcome email.

  2. Events - Resources for brainstorming event ideas, scheduling events, and tracking RSVPs and attendance.

    With Chezie, you’ll have access to a library of event ideas from the Chezie team and from other companies. You’ll also have a set process for scheduling events and getting approval from us as a DEI team, internal comms, and anyone else that’s involved in the process. Lastly, all of the RSVPs and attendance for the events are tracked so you can see which members are most engaged.

  3. Budget - Ditch the spreadsheets!

    Chezie has a built-in budget tracking system so you can enter expenses and see how much budget you have left for the year. You’ll also be able to see your spending by category (i.e. swag, speakers, food, etc.) and upload receipts.

Lastly, you’ll also have access to a set of reusable templates and Chezie’s ERG leader community where you can network with Leads from other companies.
