How to get your Team’s Channel URL
Find the channel for your Group
Hover over the channel and click on the three dots to the right

Click Get link to channel

Click Copy to copy the link to your clipboard

How to connect a Teams channel to a Group
Log-in to Chezie
Click the profile dropdown and switch to Admin view.

Click the Settings tab on the side bar.

Click ERG group settings

Select the Group that you want to add a Slack channel for

Paste your Teams channel’s URL into the field

Click Save when you’re done

Permissions
Below is a table that list all of the permissions that our Teams Chat integration uses along with an explanation of each permission.
Permission | Use case |
Sign in and read user profile | To enable the admin to sign in via oAuth to the Chezie app. |
Team.Read.Group Read this team’s metadata | Allows the app to read this team’s metadata, without a signed-in user |
Read this team’s members | Allows the app to read the members of this team, without a signed-in user |
OnlineMeetingParticipant.Read.Chat Read the participants of the meetings associated with this chat | Allows the app to read participant information, including name, role, ID, joined and left times, of meetings associated with this chat, without a signed-in user |
Send activity feed notifications to users in this chat | Allows the app to send auto-welcome messages to new members |
Read this group’s members | Allows the app to read the basic profile of this group’s members, without a signed-in user |
