Chezie uses SendGrid as the email-sending platform to handle various types of emails, including notifications, marketing emails, and other communications on behalf of the users. Our integration with SendGrid ensures that emails are delivered reliably and securely.

No Gmail or Outlook integration is required to use Chezie.

How It Works

1. Email Types:

   • Notifications to employees

   • Messages to ERG (Employee Resource Group) members and leaders

   • Marketing communications

2. Customization:

   • Sender Name: Customizable by user

   • Subject: Customizable by user

   • Reply-to Address: Customizable by user

   • Reply-to Name: Customizable by user

   • Verified Sender Address/Sender email: app@chezie.co (controlled by us)

DKIM Authentication

Chezie supports DKIM authentication for all emails sent through our SendGrid integration.

• Verification: Our implementation ensures that all outgoing emails are signed with DKIM, verifying the email's authenticity and integrity.

• The DKIM signature is included in each email's header. The recipient’s email server can verify it using the public key published in our DNS records.
